| 摘 要： | 指出暂态安全性分析中应该考虑暂态频率偏移可接受性，提出用一组二元表来描述暂态频率偏移可接受性，给出定量评估暂态频率偏移可接受性的裕度指标。阐明暂态频率偏移可接受性与暂态电压安全及暂态功角稳定三者之间的关系，提出暂态频率偏移可接受性的极限搜索策略，实现了暂态频率偏移可接受性的定量分析。通过实际系统的大量算例验证了算法的有效性和快速性。

| Abstract: | Transient frequency deviation acceptability should be considered for transient security assessments. A set of two element tables is proposed to describe transient frequency deviation acceptability for individual bus or generator, and the relevant margin is defined in this paper. Moreover, the relationship among transient frequency deviation acceptability, transient voltage security and transient angle stability is clarified, and the critical value searching strategy for transient frequency deviation acceptability is put forward. The effectiveness and speediness of the proposed method have been verified on a practical power system. |
