摘    要:水分测定天平干燥箱温度的准确与稳定控制是实现样品水分快速、准确测定的重要保障。本文介绍了基于DSP的干燥失重法水分测定天平的基本原理,提出了一种将分段判决、模糊控制和PID控制有机融合的温度复合智能控制方法,并利用DSP的PWM接口,给出了水分测定天平干燥箱温度复合智能控制的硬件、软件设计。这种复合智能控制充分利用了分段判决和模糊控制快速达到目标温度的优点和PID控制精度高、无静差的优点。实验表明,采用复合智能控制后,干燥箱动态响应快,温度超调小,稳定性好,保证了水分测定结果的准确性与可靠性。

Abstract:Accurate and stable temperature control is very important in the drying oven of balance for moisture content measurement, which guarantees high -speed and exact moisture determination. This paper introduces the basic principle of the balance, which is based on DSP, develops a complex intelligent temperature control method, which integrates grading adjudging with fuzzy control and PID control, and makes use of PWM interface of DSP. The hardware and software of the balance is designed. This method makes full use of the advantages that grading adjudging and fuzzy control have good performance of quickly achieving target temperature and high precision PID. The experiment shows that with complex intelligent temperature control the drying oven features perfect dynamic response and stable and accurate temperature control, which ensures that the result of moisture content measurement is right and reliable.
