聚氨酯涂层性能与织物梯形撕裂强力的相关性

摘    要:研究了聚氨酯涂层织物的模量、断裂强力及断裂伸长率与其梯形撕裂强力之间的关系。试验所得数据经SPSS软件处理,分析结果表明:涂层剂树脂型号和焙烘温度等涂层工艺参数会改变织物的模量、拉伸强力及断裂伸长率,进而对撕裂强力产生影响。因此,涂层织物的梯形撕裂强度是可以控制的,梯形撕裂强力下降并不是织物涂层整理后的必然结果。

Abstract:The relationships between module, breaking strength and elongation at break and tear force of trapezoidal shaped polyurethane coated fabric have been studied in this paper. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS software, it could be found that the coated processing parameters, such as resins and curing temperature, affected the tearing strength by changing module, breaking strength and elongation at break. So the tearing strength of trapezoidal shaped coated fabric could be controlled moderately.
