基于51单片机的稀土浸出加药系统

摘    要:设计了一种以单片机为核心的控制系统用以帮助提高稀土产品的质量和产量.在该系统中我们用超声波液位检测器来检测液位,以单片机P89LPC932为核心控制稀土与草酸的流量,液位报警及键盘显示,还设计了VC微机界面实时显示测试信息,可了解整个系统的运行状态.

Abstract:A control system to improve the quality and quantity of rare earth products is proposed,which takes microcontroller as the core.In this system,ultrasonic level detector is used to detect the liquid level,and the core of P89LPC932 MCU control the flow of rare earth with oxalic acid,and liquid level alarm and keyboard and display are given,also the VC test computer interface real-time display of information is designed.The system can control the whole state of operation.
