| 摘 要： | 介绍了造成棉型涤纶短纤内在品质差的影响因素。对造成超长、倍长、疵点等超标的末端影响因素进行了追溯，根据频发度和重要性，确认了六大要因。从加强基础管理工作和调整工艺思路方面探讨了相应的对策和解决措施，从而实现了短纤内在品质的提高。

| Abstract: | The factors that had effect on the internal quality of cotton polyester staple were introduced.The terminal influence factors on the over-length,multiple length and defect of cotton polyester staple were traced back.Six main causes were confirmed according to the frequency and importance.The corresponding countermeasures and solving measures were discussed from strengthening the basic management and adjusting the process.The internal quality of the staple was improved. |
