摘    要:介绍了电石法PVC树脂生产中转化器出口总管处的乙炔含量与触媒使用时间的关系。目前,山东恒通化工股份有限公司生产1 t PVC平均消耗触媒1.2 kg。当转化器出口处总管乙炔体积分数保证在0.95%以内时,触媒的使用期限越长,经济效益与环保效益越明显;当乙炔体积分数保持在1.15%左右时,乙炔消耗的增加与触媒节省的费用相当,可以不换触媒;当乙炔体积分数达到1.3%时,乙炔消耗的增加高于触媒节省的费用,需更换触媒。若触媒的使用期限小于8 000 h,但转化器出口总管的乙炔体积分数达到1.3%时,仍需更换触媒。

Abstract:The relation of acetylene content in the header outlet pipe of convertor with the service time of catalyst in the production of PVC by calcium carbide method was introduced.Currently,the average consumption of catalyst was 1.2 kg per ton of PVC in Shandong Hengtong Chemicals Co.,Ltd..If the acetylene content in the header outlet pipe of convertor was within 0.95 vol.%,the longer the service life of catalyst would be,and the more obvious the economic and environmental effects would be.If the content of acetylene was near 1.15 vol.%,the increase of consumption of acetylene was close to the lost of saved catalyst,it was not necessary to change catalyst.If the content of acetylene reached 1.3 vol.%,the increase of consumption of acetylene would be higher than the cost of saved catalyst,so the catalyst should be changed.If the service life of catalyst was less than 8 000 hours,but the acetylene content in the header outlet pipe of convertor reached 1.3 vol.%,the catalyst should be changed in the economic view.
