玉米黄色素提取工艺的研究(二)

摘    要:比较了玉米黄色素的超临界CO2萃取和溶剂萃取两种撮以工艺的提取率,溶剂萃取以其提取率高、能耗小、时间短而被选用。对水解玉米蛋白粉的干燥方式以及溶剂萃取的工艺条件进行了筛选和响应面分析,确定了以玉米蛋白湿粉为原料提取玉米黄色素的提了工艺。

Abstract:The results of super critical CO2 extraction and solvent extraction of maize yellow pigment were compared. The solvent extraction was selected with its high production, lower consumption of energy and time. The drying methods were compared and selected. The response area analysis was used in the determination of the optimum parameters of the pigment extraction. with these results, the process of extracting maize yellow pigment from wet corn gluten was setup.
