摘    要:继电保护装置定值的整定与校验是密不可分的,整定计算出来的定值能否适应电网运行方式的变化,满足灵敏性、选择性、速动性的要求,一直是电力系统研究的热点。该文将多Agent技术引入到电网定值的校验,提出了多Agent系统协作求解问题的方法。根据检测SCADA系统传来的实时开关状态和电网参数的变化,及时快速地校验电网的保护定值是否合理,为辅助运行人员和继电保护工程师调整保护装置的定值提供决策支持。

Abstract:The setting and check of the fixed value of protective relaying equipment is inalienable. It is a hot point whether regulated fixed value is adaptive to the change of power network operation modes and meet the demand of sensitivity, selectivity and rapidity. In the paper, multi-Agent is introduced to the check of electric network fixed value and the solutions to multi-Agent cooperation are presented. Based on the real-time switch condition and the variation of electric network parameters are sent by checking SCADA system, this design can rapidly check whether the protection fixed value of power network is proper and provide decisive support for engineers.
