摘    要:采用直接转矩控制硬件矢量细分法,通过增加两相导通产生14个空间电压矢量,能减少电压矢量步进角,改善转矩脉动.将PWM波和IGBT开关电平信号同时加在与门输入端,可斩波控制逆变器的输出电压.适当增加输入PWM波占空比,使12个电压矢量幅值相等.并用Matlab的SimuLink对永磁同步电机建模仿真以验证.

Abstract:By adding the on-off mode of two phases, 14 voltage space vectors can be added and the step angle of voltage vectors can be effectively reduced with the vector subdivision method based on direct torque control (DTC), and improve torque fluctuation. When PWM wave and IGBT switch level signal was loaded into input-end of and-gate at the same time, output voltage of inverter is controlled in chopped wave. Duty ratio of input PWM wave is added properly, it can make amplitude value of 12 voltage vectors is equality. Finally, permanent magnet synchronous motor was modeled and emulated with SIMULINK of Matlab.
