| 摘 要： | 21世纪我国实现工业化的经济发展的第二步战略目标，需要强大钢铁工业的支撑。资源和能源短缺是我国钢铁工业发展的主要制约因素之一。炼铁系统能耗在钢铁生产能耗中占有较大比例，必须以炼铁能耗降低作为我国钢铁工业系统节能的重点。提出了未来15年炼铁系统的节能目标。
