本文在简述浙江省农村水电"十一五"发展概况和"十二五"发展目标的基础上,深入分析了在市场经济体制改革不断深入的大背景下,加快政府职能转变,通过强化监管和优化服务,推进农村水电行业良性发展的必要性。同时,从行业实际出发,阐述了做好监管和服务工作的主要途径。

Strengthen the Supervision,Optimize the Services,and Enhance the Sound Development of the Industry

Based on a brief introduction to the development profile of rural hydropower of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and the development objectives of rural hydropower of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Zhejiang Province and in the context of deepening market economic reform,this paper penetrates into the importance of speeding up the transformation of government functions and promoting the sound development of rural hydropower industry by strengthening the supervision and optimizing the services.Meanwhile,the paper also illustrates the major ways of how to regulate the supervision and services from the perspective of the reality of the industry.
