| 摘 要： | 在纵切机组中，为了存储剩余带钢，需要在圆盘剪与卷取机间设置一个活套坑。活套坑深度的合适与否，不但会影响施工和工程造价，同时还会影响生产的正常进行。而外商只会给出参考深度，这就需要进行最终确认找到最佳方案。以某特钢纵切机组为例，针对活套坑的深度及约束条件进行阐述和探讨，力求给出相对准确的计算方法。

| Abstract: | In order to store strip in the slitting line, looper pit is equipped between rotary side trimmer and recoiler. The calculation precision of looper pit＇s depth for strip will not only affect the construction and engineering cost, but production of slitting line as well. The foreign manufactory provided the reference depth of looper pit, but the optimum depth would be confirmed again. In this article, how to calculate the looper pit＇s depth and the restraint conditions are elaborated and discussed for the purpose of giving out a better method. |
