KV-3可延时固化的网络覆膜砂研究

摘    要:本文介绍了KV-3型网络覆膜砂的延时固化原理,新型树脂的筛选、新型覆膜砂的制备、延时固化剂的筛选,以及加入网络剂后各种相关性能考察。通过研究认为,开发的KV-3型网络覆膜砂可人为控制固化,同时具有较高的强度和渗透率,在一定的压力和排量下有防止覆膜砂反吐的功能,因此,可用一次防砂管柱实现多层防砂施工的目的。

Abstract:The delayed solidify theory of KV-3 omentum sand was introduced,and screening new type ester,omentum sand delayed curing agent,and observed and studied kinds of performance after added omentum agent.By researched,KV-3 omentum sand may control solidify by man-made,it had very high strength and penetration coefficient,and could prevent turn-back of omentum sand at fixed pressure and drainage,so multilayer pressuring sand may become true by once pressuring sand pipe.
