基于TRIZ理论的装封箱机条烟变更器控制系统改进

为了解决装封箱机条烟冗余轨道的"堵塞"问题,通过"人、机、料、法、环、测量"等要素对问题进行分析,找出条烟"堵塞"的主要原因;并在TRIZ理论中建立模型,找出解决问题的空间分离和时间分离原理,结合解决原理对现有的控制系统进行改进。结果表明:改进后的变更器能够避免"堵塞"问题的发生,当3台包装机进入同1台装封箱机时,一个月可减少因"堵塞"影响条烟包装外观的香烟达6箱。此次改进通过少量电子元件的投入,为企业带来较大的经济效益。

The Control Improved of Carton Machine Cigarette Redundant Orbit Change Device in TRIZ

To solve the problem that cigarette tended to jam in redundant orbit change device neighborhood mounted sealing machine,analysis of the reasons through the fishbone diagram including“man, machine,material,method,central”,we find out the main cause“jam”.To establish the model by TRIZ the-ory,find out the solution to the problem of“separation in time”and “separation in space”principle;Com-bined with existing control system to improve the equipment.The results show that:the improved device can a-void "jam"problem,for example,three packaging machines installed into the same sealing machine,can re-duce six boxes because of"jam"influenced on the appearance of the cigarette smoke in one month.By adding a small amount of electronic components can avoid“jam”occurs,and bring economic benefits for enterprises.
