| 摘 要： | 食品生产线配比供料泵为计量泵,由于瞬时流量是脉动的,易引起其进出口管路的振动。大流量低出口压力工况下,如果出口管线长,其振动尤为明显。详述大流量低出口压力计量泵在较长出口管路的工况下,采用蓄能器并通过背压阀安装位置的调整方法,达到了有效降低出口管道振动的目的。

| Abstract: | A food production line feed proportioning pump is metering pump,since the instantaneous flow is pulsating,easy to cause vibration of its import and export pipeline.Large flow and low outlet pressure con-ditions,if the export pipeline long,the vibration is particularly evident.This paper details the large flow and low pressure metering pump under long export pipeline conditions,by using the accumulator back pressure valve installation position adjustment methods,effectively reducing the export pipeline vibration. |
