| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国水库移民政策制定及完善的过程.中国移民政策的建立、发展、完善经历了3个阶段:探索阶段、建立阶段、修订完善阶段.介绍了三峡水库移民政策的重大调整和创新,对其他大型水库移民工作具有一定的借鉴意义,根据我国政治经济的发展形势,现有的移民政策还存在许多不适应的地方,对改进移民政策提出了若干建议.

| Abstract: | The formulation and perfection process of reservoir resettlement policy in China is explained.The establishment,development and perfect of reservoir resettlement policy in China passed 3 stages: exploration stage,policy establishment stage,and revision and perfect stage.The major adjustment and innovations of TGP reservoir resettlement policy are introduced,being of some referential significance for other reservoir resettlement.In the light of political and economical development of China,the much unfits exists in the resettlement policy in force,some suggestions for improving resettlement policy are put forward. |
