摘    要:教师行动研究是指在学校环境下,教师运用科学的方法对外语教学系统中各要素进行观察,并运用自我反思来总结经验教训,提高教学技能。行动研究因具有实践性,反思性,合作性和开放性等特征,有效促进大学英语教师的专业化发展。

Abstract:The teacher's action research means to observe various essential factors in the foreign language teaching system by adopting scientific method in the campus,and to conclude experiences and lessons,to improve teaching skill by self-examination.Action research can effectively promote the professional development of college English teachers for its characteristics of practice,self-examination,cooperation and being open.
