低碳烯烃的生产技术进展

摘    要:综述了低碳烯烃的各种生产技术及其进展,详细介绍了石脑油和重质油裂解生产低碳烯烃技术、天然气制取低碳烯烃技术中的MTO技术和烃转化技术。结果表明,石脑油催化裂解生产低碳烯烃在二、三十年内仍占居着主导地位;应加大开发重质油催化裂解制低碳烯烃技术的力度和工业推广进程,拓宽生产低碳烯烃的原料来源;天然气储量丰富,价格较低,具有很大的原料优势,天然气制取低碳烯烃技术前景广阔,可能成为生产低碳烯烃的主导技术;乙烯装置建设规模继续向大型化发展,小型装置使低碳烯烃生产成本过高,生产的低碳烯烃缺乏竞争力。

Abstract:The production techniques of lower olefins including the techniques using naphtha, heavy oil and natural gas as raw materials were reviewed. The naphtha cracking technique will be predominant technique producing lower olefin in following twenty to thirty years. The development and industrialization of heavy oil cracking technique should be increased so as to expand the source of raw materials producing lower olefins. The technique producing lower olefins by natural gas was a new and advanced technique and maybe become a predominant technique in the future. The ethylene production unit will develop unceasingly towards large production unit.
