改性聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响

摘    要:利用水相悬浮法在聚丙烯纤维表面接枝丙烯酸,对聚丙烯纤维表面进行了改性.研究了改性聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响.利用扫描电镜(SEM),Nicolet傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(IR)对改性聚丙烯纤维表面形貌、表面活性官能团和水泥砂浆试样断口形貌进行了分析.结果表明:经过改性处理的聚丙烯纤维表面接枝上了丙烯酸;与普通聚丙烯纤维增强水泥砂浆试样相比,改性聚丙烯纤维增强水泥砂浆试样的抗折强度明显提高.

Abstract:Polypropylene(PP) fiber was modified by acrylic acid grafted on its surface by suspension in water medium.The effect of modified PP fiber on mechanical properties of cement mortar was studied.The surface microstructure and active functional group of modified PP fiber,the fracture profile of cement mortar samples were analyzed by SEM and IR.The results show that acrylic acid is grafted on the surface of PP fiber after modification.Comparing with cement mortar reinforced by ordinary PP fiber,the flexural stre...
