摘    要:对3Cr13不锈钢在700 ℃进行低温等离子渗铬处理,并观察处理后试样的组织,进行了截面成分检测、硬度检测、X射线衍射物相分析以及电化学腐蚀性能测试.结果表明,表面覆盖4~5 μm 的铬沉积层后在沉积层的下边形成了一定区域的脱碳层,表面硬度达728 HV0.05;表层物相主要为Fe、Cr、Cr_(1.36)Fe_(0.52)及Cr_(23)C_6;在2.5%HCl溶液中耐腐蚀性能提高约6倍,抗点蚀能力有一定的增强,提高了耐晶间腐蚀的能力.

Abstract:The double-glow plasma chromizing of 3Cr13 stainless steel was carried out at 700 ℃ and the microstrueture,composition,microhardness,X-ray diffraction phase analysis and electrochemical corrosion of the chromizing samples were tested.The results show that the decarburizing layer formed under the chromizing coating with depth 4-5 μm;surface hardness of the sample reached 728 HV0.05;the major phases of the coating are Fe,Cr,Cr_(1.36)Fe_(0.52) and Cr_(23)C_6;the corrosion resistance for the layer in 2.5%HCl solution can be increased to more than 6 times.The resistance to pitting corrosion increased to some degree,and the anti-intercrystalline corrosion ability also increased.
