VXI测试设备检定测试方法

摘    要:针对VXI测试设备的被测对象及其精度,研究其检定测试方法.并根据该方法,研制了基于PXI总线的VXI测试设备的检定测试装置.文中分PXI测试系统、信号转接箱和检定流程三部分介绍检定测试装置的系统设计,进行详细说明;文中还介绍检定软件的设计,包括软件的运行环境、软件开发平台、软面板设计、软件体系结构、软件详细流程;此外,还总结解决的关键技术,包括基于闭环反馈测量的高精度信号变换技术、智能多路信号生成技术、硬件跟随信号同步采样技术.

Abstract:The disadvantages of existing calibrating methods are analyzed firstly. VXI bus testing system calibrating method is researched by the testing target and precision in this paper. VXI bus testing system calibrating equipment is manufactured based on the PXI bus according to the method. The system design of calibrating equipment is introduced, the detailed explanation is given of the PXI bus testing system, signal commutator and calibrating procedure. The design of calibrating software is also introduced in this paper; the detail is explained of software operation environment, software development platform, soft panel design, software system configuration and software procedure. In addition, some key technique resolved is summarized, including high precise signal transform technique based on closed loop feedback measurement, intellective multi-channels signal creating technique and synchronous sampling technique by hardware following.
