| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝素及其衍生物与哮喘的关系。方法查阅国内外相关文献,进行分析、归纳。结果肝素及其衍生物对白介素分泌、肥大细胞脱颗粒、白细胞向炎症部位聚集均有抑制作用,并能降低气道的高反应性。结论肝素及其衍生物有望成为新型治疗哮喘的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of heparin and its derivatives and asthma. Method Refer torelated publications, analyzed them and make a conclusion. Results Heparin and its derivatives had functions ofinhibiting interlukin secretion, mast cells degranulation and leucocytes aggregation, and they could also attenuateairway hyperresponsiveness. Conclusion Heparin and its derivatives can be a noval therapy of asthma. |
