| Abstract: | Conventional methods have been developed for detecting enterotoxins produced by Staphylococcus aureus, But these methods have several disadvantages, such as exertion and waste a lot of time. Recent years, PCR assays have been developed to detect the Staphylococcus aureu in food. This method has higher specificity, sensitivity and takes less time than conventional methods, This paper reviewed PCR-based analytical methods detecting Staphylococcus aureus and enterotoxin in milk. |
