搅拌头结构形状对焊缝性能影响的研究

摘    要:搅拌头是搅拌摩擦焊的关键技术。采用圆柱形搅拌头,进行铝合金薄板对接搅拌摩擦焊工艺试验。试验过程中,通过改变搅拌头肩部及搅拌针的尺寸,分析其对焊接过程及焊缝质量的影响。结果表明:对于厚度为3 mm的铝合金板材,当采用搅拌针直径为3 mm、肩部直径为9 mm的圆柱形搅拌头施焊,在合理的焊接工艺参数下施焊,可获得质量良好的焊接接头。

Abstract:The design of stir-welding head geometry is the key for friction stir welding.In this paper,FSW process test of butt joints of aluminium alloys sheet was carried out.The influence of stir-welding head on welding process and welding quality by changing the diameter of the shoulder and probe is analyzed.The results of experiments show that the optimal size of cylindrical stir-welding head for 3 mm thick aluminum alloys sheet is that the diameter of shoulder is 9 mm and the diameter of pribe is 3 mm.
