摘    要:为了合成YAlO3(YAP),对Y2O3-Al2O3粉体混合物进行了高能球磨研究。试验结果表明:经高能球磨后,Y2O3-Al2O3可发生固相合成反应,生成YAlO3。Y2O3-Al2O3的机械合金化过程包括两个阶段:第一阶段(0~2h),氧化物颗粒快速细化,晶格发生严重畸变,球磨促使Y2O3发生了晶型转变,由稳定的立方晶转变成非稳态的单斜晶;第二阶段(5~40h),Y2O3晶型转变完成,并呈无定形化,Y2O3和Al2O3发生固相合成反应,生成YAlO3。

Abstract:Al2O3-Y2O3 mixtures prepared by high- energy ball milling are investigated for synthesis of YAP. The result showed that YAP was synthesized by solid reaction between the oxide particles after ball milling. Mechanical alloying of Y2O3-Al2O3 consisted of two stages. The first stage resulted in the occurrence of decreasing of crystalline size and distorting of crystalline lattice of Al2O3. Ball milling enhanced the polymorphic transformation of Y2O3, which transformed from stable cubic crystalline to metastable rhombic crystalline. In the second stage, Y2O3 transformed thoroughly and then existed in amorphous. At the same time, YAP was synthesized by solid reaction between the oxide particles.
