摘    要:MgAl2O4透明陶瓷由于其优良的力学性能及在可见光和红外波长范围内优异的光学性能,被认为是一种非常重要的光学材料.总结归纳了放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备MgAl2O4透明陶瓷的研究进展,重点介绍了温度和压力对材料最终光学性能的影响.分析表明,放电等离子烧结过程中升温速度、预压力对最终光学性能有较大影响.据此提出了相应的解决措施,并对今后的研究应用方向进行了展望,为进一步的深入研究奠定了基础.

Abstract:Transparent magnesium aluminate spinel(MgAl2O4 ) ceramics have been considered as an important optical material due to their good mechanical properties and excellent transparency from visible light to IR wavelength range. The research progress in the transparent MgAl2O4 ceramics fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS) is summarized,and the effect of temperature and pressure on the final optical properties is mainly introduced. It is shown that the hearting rate and pre-loaded pressure of SPS processing have a great impact on the final optical properties in spinel ceramic. Some solving measures are presented in view of the existing problems. The research and application tendency in future are also prospected,to lay a foundation for further study.
