新型抗静电剂的合成及其性能研究

摘    要:以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚甲基丙烯酸酯(FPMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、有机硅氧烷(K-5)为原料,制备了一种具有梳形分子结构的抗静电剂,通过其分子链上的活性反应基团在纤维表面交联固化形成抗静电网络而赋予纤维耐久的抗静电性能。利用差热扫描(DSC)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对抗静电剂及以其制备的纤维进行了表征研究。结果表明:抗静电剂组分经历一个明显的放热交联反应过程后固着在纤维表面。抗静电剂用量0.5%的纤维的比电阻值小于108Ω·cm,经过标准洗涤以后,纤维比电阻值的变化在一个数量级以内,耐久性能优良。抗静电纤维的动摩擦因数为0.22,静摩擦因数为0.27,具有良好的可加工性能。

Abstract:A novel antistatic agent with comb-like grafted chains was prepared from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether methacrylate (FPMA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and silicon alkyl (K-5), which could form organic antistatic networks on the surface of fibers through their reactive groups, by which the acrylic fibers were endowed with endurable antistatic properties. The properties and structures of the agent and the modified fiber were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other methods. The results showed that the antistatic components were uniquely coated on the surface of the fibers through curing reaction of reactive groups with evident heat-giving off. The specific resistivity of the antistatic fiber containing 0.5 % antistatic composition was less than 108 Ω·cm. After standard washing, the change of the resistance of the fiber was less than one order. The dynamic frictional coefficient of the fiber was 0.22 and its static frictional coefficient was about 0.27. The fiber possessed excellent spinnability.
