固定顶油罐内气体空间油气浓度分布

摘    要:实测2000m^3的地面汽油罐,给出了高、中、低液位储油时油气浓度的纵向油气分布曲线,证实了油罐内气体空间油气浓度呈明显的梯度分布,且与装油高度存在着密切联系,当装满度大于75%时,呼出的油气浓度为饱和,而装满度低于25%时,呼出的油气浓度仅为饱和浓度的45%。分析原因得出:油罐的装满度越高,气体空间的油气浓度就越均匀,且越接近于饱和浓度;油气浓度是影响呼吸损耗量的一个重要参数。

Abstract:This paper gave out the vertical distributive curve of oil gas concentration when oil storage was at high, medium and low level by measuring actually 2 000 m3 gasoline tank on the ground. The results show that the concentration of oil gas in oil tank distributes obviously in gradient and has close relationship with the height of oil in tank. The exhalant concentration of oil gas is in saturation state and 45% the saturation value when oil level is higher than 75% of the full scale and lower than 25%, respectively. With analyzing the reason, conclusion can be got that the higher the oil level, the more homogeneous the concentration of oil gas and the closer to the saturation concentration.
