关于两相介质调节阀的流通能力试验研究

摘    要:通过对高压加热器疏水用调节阀的流通能力的试验,阐述了设计过程中,如何在考虑两相介质特性的情况下,进行计算和对阀门结构的选择。试验数据表明,只要合理地选择阀门的压差和介质比容参数,柱塞式调节阀适用于作为两相介质调节阀,且满足运行要求。

Abstract:Through the flow capacity test of control valve of water delivery for high-pressure heater,this paper expounds how to calculate and select valve's structure under condition of two-phase medium.Experimental data indicate that the selected pressure difference of valve and parameters of medium's specific volume should be reasonable and plunger-type valve should be fit for two-phase-medium valve and meet the requirements for operation.
