摘    要:目的:优化甘草中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:在单因素实验基础上,采用均匀设计Ug*(85)表设计方法研究甲醇体积分数、料液比、超声时间对总黄酮提取率的影响,并使用Uniform Design 3.0软件建立甘草总黄酮提取的数学模型,并得最佳工艺条件。结果:甘草总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:甲醇浓度为70%、超声时间为30 min/h、固液比为1∶20,甘草总黄酮的最大得率为3.69%。结论:用均匀设计Ug*(85)法得到的模型方程,可在设立的因素水平范围内给出甘草总黄酮得率极大值,进而探讨各因素对甘草总黄酮得率的影响机制。

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions of total flavone from Liquorice. Method] Based on single-factor experiments, the effects of methyl concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on yield of total fiavone were studied by U8*(85), and mathematic model for the extraction conditions of total flavone was established and The optimum extraction conditions were got by the software Unilbrm Design 3.0. Results] The optimum extraction conditions were as following; the methyl concentration 70 %, extraction time 34.84 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 i 20. Under the conditions, yield of total flavone was 3.69 %. Conclusion] By using Ue*(85), the optimal yield of total flavone can be calculated by the mathematic model within experiment range, and then the factors affecting the extraction of total flavone can also be investigated.
