基于ADAMS的真空断路器合闸弹跳分析

摘    要:介绍虚拟样机技术应用于真空断路器研发的基本过程。用三维制图软件UG绘制真空断路器的三维模型图。利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS对真空断路器的合闸弹跳进行仿真分析,结果表明增加触头超程弹簧的预压力可抑制弹跳时间。实测结果证实了该方法是可行的。

Abstract:Application of virtual prototyping technology in vacuum circuit breaker was introduced. The 3D model figure of vacuum circuit breaker with 3D drawing software UG was obtained. The bounce of vacuum circuit breaker was simulated by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS. The simulation results show that the bouncing time is restrained by increasing the pressure of contact overrun spring. The measurement results confirmed this method is feasible.
