摘    要:在烧结机检修期间,莱钢6#高炉大量使用落地烧结矿组织生产,通过工艺准备,采取加强烧结矿筛分、优化炉料结构和高炉操作制度及精心操作等措施,为高炉接受落地烧结矿创造了良好的条件,在入炉品位低、渣量大的不利条件下,实现了高炉稳定高产,利用系数为2.80d(d·m3)。

Abstract:During the overhaul of sintering machine, large quantities of stocking sinter were used as No.6 BF burden in Laiwu Steel. In order to keep the BF production, a series of measures were adopted, such as technology preparation, strengthening the sieving of stocking sinter, optimizing burden design and blast-furnace operating system and careful operation. As a result, the BF productivity reached 2.80 t/(m3.d) in adverse conditions of low charge grade and excessive slag amount.
