复叠热泵冷冻干燥系统制冷剂的选择

摘    要:提出一种新型的复叠式热泵冷冻干燥系统。针对新型复叠式热泵干燥系统,以常规热泵工质计算了复叠式热泵的循环性能,对各种工质匹配和组合特性进行了计算和分析,结果表明:对于高温级循环,可选择R142b,R600a和R600作为工质;对于低温级循环,可选择R290,R134a和R152a作为工质。复叠式热泵的整体性能系数主要取决于高温级工质的循环性能,高温级工质的循环性能高,则复叠式热泵的整体性能好。

Abstract:A cascade heat pump system is put forward in application to a freeze-drying plant. The performance of the cascade heat pump cycle is calculated with several kinds of conventional working fluids. Comparison on characteristics in different combination among working fluids is conducted. The results show that R142b, R600a and R600 are suitable for high stage cycle, whereas R290, R134a and R152a are optional for the lower one. The overall performance of the cascade heat pump cycle mainly depends on the performance of high stage cycle, owing to little difference in the cycle performance of low stage in spite of different working fluids. The overall performance of cascade heat pump cycle improves with the promotion of performance in the high stage.
