| 摘 要： | 人力资本作为企业重要资本对企业能力的形成有非常重要的作用。借鉴已有研究的方法和原理,文章将企业能力作为人力资本与组织绩效之间关系作用的一个中间变量,深入而具体地分析了人力资本对企业能力的作用机理,并进行了实证研究。研究表明：专业型人力资本与企业功能性能力的直接相关,管理型人力资本与企业整合性能力直接相关。

| Abstract: | As an important part of a firm,human capital plays an important role in the forming of firm capability.Refering to the previous research,this paper introduces firm capability as an intermediary construct between HC and organizational performance by the way of digging the real action mechanism hidden deeply.The research shows that technical human capital has a direct relevance to corporate functional capabililty,and managerial human capital to corporate integartion capability |
