八钢提高2500m~3高炉铁产量的攻关实践

摘    要:八钢为提高炼铁新区2500m3高炉的利用系数,解决铁产量不足制约炼钢生产的问题,自2010年2月开始进行了为期3个月的提高铁产量攻关。从原燃料供应、设备管理、高炉操作、过程控制及岗位人员培训等方面开展工作,使高炉铁产量得到快速提升,大型高炉利用系数在短期内达到2.0t/(m3.d)的设计能力并突破2.2t/(m3.d),取得较好效果。

Abstract:In order to increase the utilization factor of 2 500m^3 blast furnace and resolve the problem of insufficient iron output restricting steel production, a three-month research of improving iron output was conducted since February 2010. The iron output was increased quickly through the work of raw and fuel material supply, equipment management, operation of blast furnace, process control and personnel training etc. The utilization factor of large blast furnace reached the design level 2.0t/(m^3 · d) and also break through 2.2t/(m^3 · d) in short term.
