摘    要:本文介绍了广州钢铁股份有限公司转炉炼钢厂应用富氮合金使钢水增氮、辅以钒微合金化技术开发HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的生产实践。开发的HRB400钢筋化学成分稳定、均匀,力学性能满足GB1499.2—2007HRB400热轧带肋钢筋技术要求,生产成本比目前采用20MnSiVCr钢生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的可降低19.69元/吨。

Abstract:HRB hot-rolled ribbed bars were developed with nitrogen-rich alloy and vanadium microalloying technology in Guangzhou Iron & Steel Company.The developed HRB400 has stable and uniform chemical composition.The mechanical properties of HRB400 met the technical requirements of GB1499.2-2007 HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed bars.The production cost was decreased 19.69yuan/ton compared with HRB400 production with 20MnSiVCr.
