YB／T5359-2010之2类钢丝绳分类与标识问题探讨

从铜丝绳结构特性、抗旋转特性和最小破断拉力系数、近似质量系数出发，并结合国外钢丝绳企业相关资料，分析认为YB／T5359－2010将15×K7类钢丝绳、16×K7类钢丝绳作为2类单层股钢丝绳和给出图例标识存在明显不妥，参考GB／T8706－2006／IS017893：2004之23×7类钢丝绳分类原则，2类钢丝绳不仅结构类别应该相同，同时也均应为2层股结构的抗旋转钢丝绳，其结构类别可定为23×K7类，当将其视为铜芯钢丝绳时，在结构简式标记中“IWRC”前应置符号应是“：”而不是“-”。

Discussion on classification and marking of two steel wire rope in YB/T 5359-2010

After analysised the wire rope＇ s structural and anti-rotation properties, minminum breaking load and approximate quality, and combining with the related data from foreign enterprises, we think it is not proper to define the wire rope of 15 ×K7 and 16 × K7 as two kinds of single-strand wire rope included the marking in YB/T5359-2010. Refer to the classification of 23 ×7 in GB/T8706-2006/ISO17893：2004, the above two kinds of wire rope are not only have the same structure, but also are anti-rotation wire rope with double-strand structure, and their structure classification can be defined as 23 ×7. When they had to be seen to independent sample wire strand core wire rope, the pre-symbol of the marking IWRC should be ： but not -
