| 摘 要： | 介绍了Carrousel卷取机在冷连轧机组中的布置位置和工作原理。研究了Carrousel卷取机主要参数的设计方法。分析了大转盘结构参数和减速比的确定方法;对卷筒电机功率公式中张力和速度组合问题进行了分析计算;分析推导了涨缩缸平衡力的计算公式。编制了Carrousel卷取机的动作控制流程图,阐述了Carrousel卷取机的控制要求。在研究的基础上,提出Carrousel卷取机参数设计时应注意的问题和控制的原则。
