合金元素对中厚钢板正火性能的影响

摘    要:正火工艺能够细化晶粒、均匀组织、改善组织缺陷,提高中厚钢板的综合性能。本文通过对不含微合金元素的结构钢板和含Nb、V微合金元素的结构钢板的轧制态和正火态进行对比分析,研究合金元素对中厚钢板正火性能的影响,结果表明,不同成分的低合金高强度结构钢板,经正火热处理后改善效果不同,没有添加微合金元素的Q345D钢板强度升高,而添加Nb、V微合金元素的Q460D钢板强度降低。
