| 摘 要： | 针对马钢高线生产线的工艺特点,介绍了采用一台主机同时控制两台测量终端的增设方案及在线测径仪的工作原理、设备组成及调试要点,并对在使用中出现的问题进行相应的改进。并通过实践证明国产测径仪应用于高速线材轧机生产线,在提高线材产品精度、减少废品率等方面有显著效果。
