| 摘 要： | 对我国三网融合的特点和现状分别进行了研究,分析现有法律框架下我国三网融合发展缓慢的主要原因是法律体系的薄弱以及监管不明,进而提出从整合法律体系、建立独立监管机构以及变更许可证制度等几方面完善现有法律及监管机制,以促进我国三网融合快速、有序地发展。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and the current situation of the China network convergence are analyzed in this paper.Under the existing legal framework CNC is developing not too fast,which is attributed to the weak legal system and less evident supervision.In order to promote the China network convergence to develop fast and orderly,the article proposed to integrate legal system,to build independent supervision institute and to alter permission system,etc.to improve the existing law and the supervisory mechanism. |
