摘    要:采用Q195钢和YG8硬质合金作为毛坯及模具材料,给出材料参数及模具尺寸,建立异型钢丝有限元模型。模拟2.45mm×4.90mm扁丝轧制过程,在模具工作区长度4.6mm,定径带长度2.8mm,出口区长度2.6mm,工作区锥角、入口锥角、出口锥角分别为12°,60°,60°,模具圆角半径0.7~1.1mm条件下,测得模具所受的最大等效应力和位移-温度曲线。分析等效应力、温度变化等参数在不同圆角半径时对矩形丝成型规律的影响。结果表明,随着模具圆角半径的增大,模具温度变化直线的斜率呈先增大后减小的趋势;在同一个模具中,随着拉拔位移的增大,模具温度变化直线的斜率不断降低,即模具温度梯度不断减小。

Abstract:To adopt Q195 and YG8 cemented carbide as blank and die material. The material parameters and die dimension were given out. The finite element analysis model of shaped steel wire was established. To sinmlate the rolling process of 2.45 mm × 4.90 mm shaped wire, the length of die working zone is 4.6mm, sizing zone 2.8 mm, exit zone 2.6 mm, the cone angle of working zone, entry zone and exit zone is 12° ,60° ,60°respectively. On the condition of die fillet radius from 0.7 to 1.1 mm, the maximum equivalent stress token by die and the curve of distance and temperature were measured. The influence of parameters such as equivalent stress and temperature changing on the rectangular steel wire molding rule at different fillet radius was analyzed. Results show that the slope of die temperature changing straight line is the trend of first increased then decreased with the fillet radius of die increasing. In the same die, the slope of die temperature changing straight line decreases with the enlargement of drawing distance. And the temperature gradient of die decreases continuously.
