| 摘 要： | 本文在简要介绍Agent（代理）的基础上提出了针对管理信息系统的基于Agent的需求分析与建模方法，表明其相对与传统方法的优越性。同时将系统作为由不同角色组成的一个组织，并对分析、建模进行了分阶段的阐述。

| Abstract: | This paper first gives a brief introduction to Agent technology.Then it proposes an Agent|based method for requirement analysis and modeling specially for MIS and describes its advantages in comparison with traditional methods.This method regards the system as an organization of various interacting roles.An illustration of analysis and modeling in different phases is also given. |
