摘    要:介绍一种新型内置式抽汽蝶阀组,为获得典型工况下的阀门开度,对该阀组的通流部分进行CFD数值模拟.根据数值计算所得到的阀板表面的压力分布,积分处理后得到了阀板所承受的气动力和气动力矩.为验证所选数值计算模型的精度,设计了1∶5的实验模型,采用PSP和PIV的方法分别测得阀板上的压力分布和阀内流场分布,并将测量结果和数值计算结果进行对比,发现用k-ε湍流模型来计算阀内压力分布,能够获得比较高的精度,其计算结果能够满足工程实际需要.

Abstract:In order to obtain several valve openings of typical operating conditions, CFD-program was used to simulate the flow path in the new built-in extraction butterfly valve group. The pressure distribution on the surface of valve disc can be calculated through CFD method, and corresponding aerodynamic force and moment can be computed by integral. For the purpose of validating the accuracy of CFD model, a test model of scale 1:5 was designed. In the experiment, the pressure distribution on the valve disc surface and the flow distribution in the steam chest were acquired respectively by using the method of PSP ( Pressure-Sensitive Paint) and PIV ( Particle Image Velocimetry). CFD calculations and experimental results were compared and it was shown that CFD calculations using K-ε turbulence model had satisfactory accuracy to calculate the pressure distribution and field distribution.
