川西高破裂压力储层压裂改造配套技术优化研究

摘    要:针对川西须家河组地层埋藏深、储层致密、破裂压力高而导致压裂改造时"施工压力高、加砂难度大"的问题,对能适应高破裂压力储层的超高压压裂配套的工具、管柱、井口级别进行了优化研究,形成了一套适合川西地区超高压压裂的配套技术,并就井下工具的选择制定了优选原则。对适应高破裂压裂储层压裂施工的井下工具进行了优选,高压条件下的加砂压裂改造,建议和Y241配合使用或采用Y341封隔器+双水力锚组合。

Abstract:Xujiahe formation of western Sichuan area has the features of deeply buried,tight reservoir,high fracture pressure,which lead to the problem of " high operation pressure,and hard to add sand" in the fracturing.In order to solve this problem,the tools,string,the grade of well head suited for the high pressure fracturing operation were optimumed.And a matching fracturing technology was formed which was suitable for ultra-high pressure reservoir in Western Sichuan region.Meanwhile,the downhole tool suited for high fracture pressure reservoir was selected.
