卧式挤压铸造设备双曲肘合模机构仿真优化设计

摘    要:通过分析2500kN卧式挤压铸造设备双曲肘合模机构的工作原理,结合虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS进行建模及仿真优化设计。以合模机构工作过程中各杆件连接点为设计变量、合模动作完成时最大合模力为目标函数进行优化设计。优化结果表明,该方法有效地提高了机构的整体性能。

Abstract:By analyzing joint-double clamping unit’s working theory of the 2500kN horizontal squeeze casting equipment,virtual prototyping simulation software ADAMS were used on modeling and the optimization design.Connection point of mechanism as design variables,the maximum clamping force as the objective function.The results show that the method of the optimization design effectively improves the mechanical properties of the mechanism.
