摘    要:给出了VL型伸缩式等速万向节钢球球心的运动学微分方程,可以描述轴间角和轴向位移变化时各钢球的运动,分析了万向节各零件的运动学特征,开发了VL型伸缩式等速万向节的运动分析软件,对其进行了仿真,得到了钢球相对沟道的弧线位移,相对保持架窗孔径向、周向的最大位移,这些参数为VL型伸缩式等速万向节沟道长度、保持架窗孔尺寸的设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The kinematic differential equations are formulated for centers of steel balls in a VL telescopic constant velocity universal joint,which can describe the motion of the steel balls,no matter how the motion between the input and the output shafts is.The kinematic traits of this type joint are analyzed and the kinematic analysis software is developed for VL telescopic constant velocity universal joint.Through the kinematic simulation,some important parameters are obtained,including the relative displacements of the steel ball centers with respect to the orbits and the maximum displacements with respect to the cage slot center in both of radial and tangential directions.These results are helpful in the design of orbit length and cage size of VL telescopic constant velocity universal joint.
