| 摘 要： | API圆螺纹外加厚油管在油田现场有广泛应用,而其上扣扭矩是决定螺纹接头性能和使用寿命的核心因素.文章针对(φ)89mm P110钢级API圆螺纹外加厚油管,实验研究在使用75％、100％和125％ API 5C1推荐扭矩值上扣时油管接头的拉伸性能和抗内压性能.实验结果显示,采用上述不同扭矩上扣,最终油管拉伸性能和抗内压性能未受影响.建议油田现场对API外加厚油管采用低于API5C1推荐值的扭矩上扣,延长接头使用寿命.

| Abstract: | API round thread external upset tubing is used extensively in oilfield.Its makeup torque influences the thread connection performance and the joint life significantly.The tensile properties and internal pressure resistance of 89mm P110 grade API external upset tubing connection were studying under 75%,100%,and 125% of the API 5C1 recommended makeup torque.Experiment results showed that the tensile and internal pressure resistance properties were not influenced by different makeup torques.In order to prolong joint life,the makeup torque of API external upset tubing was suggested to be lower than that recommended for API 5C1. |
