塔河油田稠油气液多相管流压力预测研究

摘    要:以塔河油田稠油自喷井气液多相流动为研究对象,基于实验数据,拟合建立了稠油黏温数学模型、稠油-水与稠油黏度对比和稠油-气-水三相与稠油两相黏度对比图,以修正稠油流体物性。在此基础上,引入Bannwart的研究思路,应用塔河11井次的稠油自喷井测压数据,统计评价了工程常用的5种气液多相流模型,结果表明Mukherjee&Brill模型各项误差最小。此研究成果将为稠油自喷井动态分析及今后的人工举升工艺提供重要的理论基础。

Abstract:Taking viscous crude flowing well in Tahe Oilfield as research example,based on the laboratory data,the mathematical model of heavy-oil viscosity with temperature was established,and the viscosity comparison diagram of oil-water two phase and oil-water-gas three phase was fitted to correct the fluid property.Bannwart research approach was presented.Using the 11 testing data of viscous crude flowing well in Tahe oilfield evaluated the five commonly applied gas-liquid multiphase models.Statistical results showed Mukherjee & Brill method was best.This study results provided theoretical basis for dynamic analysis of viscous crude flowing well and design of artificial lifts technology.
