| 摘 要： | 在油气资源日益紧张,移动式钻机作业费用不断上涨的今天,丛式井批量钻井技术的合理运用对于降低钻井成本,开发页岩气、致密气、致密油等低效油气田具有重要意义。批量钻井通过充分利用离线设备,大大降低了钻机非进尺占用时间。使用可纵横两向自由移动覆盖全井场的移动模块钻机,以方便快速搬安,实现高效钻加密丛式井网。同时,批量钻井由于井眼间距较小,在钻井及固井工艺都有一系列特殊工艺技术。 |

| Abstract: | With decreasing petroleum resources and increasing operation cost of the movable rig, application of batch drilling technology to drill cluster wells will reduce drilling cost, and be significant for development of shale gas reservoir, tight gas reservoir, and other marginal reservoirs. The batch drilling employed off-line equipment which would largely reduce non-footage production time. And it employed a modular rig which could move north-south and east-west within the whole pad to facilitate the quick move and rig-up and realize high-efficiency in-fill drilling. Due to the relatively small well spaces adopted in batch drilling, a series of special drilling and cementing technology were required. |
